Our Work
Real Floors, Real Homes
A look at recent installations throughout Northern California — every board our own work, no stock photography.
These are real, completed installations from our own jobs — not renderings or supplier stock photos. Materials and rooms are captioned honestly; we don’t attach a specific cost, square footage, or timeline to any project, since every home is different.

Good to Know
Frequently Asked Questions
What do these project photos show?
Completed installations from our own work. They are photographs of finished floors, not staged renderings or stock imagery, and each is what the space actually looked like when we left it. Lighting and camera lenses do change how a floor reads, which is why we bring physical samples to an estimate rather than asking anyone to choose a floor from a screen.
Why aren't there before-and-after comparisons?
Because we do not have before photographs for most of this work, and constructing them after the fact would be a fabrication. Documenting the starting condition of a job is a habit we have since adopted for new projects, so genuine before-and-afters will accumulate going forward. Publishing invented ones to fill the gap in the meantime is not a trade we are willing to make.
Can I see a project like mine in person?
Sometimes, and it is worth asking at the estimate. Whether it is possible depends entirely on whether a past client with a comparable project has agreed to it, since these are people's homes rather than showrooms. Where an in-person visit is not available, large samples in your own space under your own light get you most of the way there.
